Short Bio

I’m an Invited Assistant Professor in the Department of Informatics of the Faculty of Sciences. I am also a researcher at LASIGE in the research line of Health and Biomedical Informatics and Data & Systems Intelligence. My background includes a BSc in health sciences (2013), a MSc in Bioinformatics (2015), and a PhD in Computer Science (2021). My current research broadly focuses on data integration to enable the publication of meaningful knowledge on the Web, with a special interest in the publication of health data to help find and access currently available knowledge that can enable the generation new knowledge in the domain.
